Nice. Good idea. Can I give up feeling guilty about not giving up anything for Lent?
And as for the voice thing, I see that runs in the family. When I start losing mine I end up going all Barry White.

Being witness to Dylan's expression as he found out about one of the mentioned rumours was pretty interesting. I can't quite describe the facial expression, completely baffled and perplexed mixed with a laugh and smile, as if you (Dylan) knew it had to be a joke, but where was the punch line? (For the record, I was having coffee in a public place with Dylan and his fantastic wife, with no sex involved. I'm glad I didn't hear the rumours before hand, might have got my hopes up for something more than coffee!) ;)

In my experience rumours often start out as a statement by a concerned individual, things get blown out of proportion, and gossip twists it into something different and malicious. Of course, there are always the rumours that just start off malicious to begin with.

The only rumour I ever heard about myself was that in high school people said I was a lesbian involved with a friend of mine. I didn't hear about this until well after graduation, but even if I knew about it in high school, I don't think I would have cared. High school never seemed to matter much, and I had taken my share of teasing and bullying by being one of those freaks that had good marks, made friends with those deemed "un-cool" and didn't spend all her time drinking and snorting. Of course, I showed all those people who spread that gossip by moving to Edmonton and becoming roommates with said "girlfriend". That'll learn them good. I learned long ago that the people who are willing to spread malicious gossip aren't worth a second thought, and the people who believe it aren't true friends.

I put up an honesty box question in my facebook to see if anyone will reply and illuminate me on any other rumours they may have heard. It will be interesting to see if anything really juicy crops up.

That's a pretty awesome blog there, Dylan. You must be staying really busy - no wonder you're feeling so rough around the edges lately! Stop having so much sex, gosh!

My best rumour about me? Hmm.

I've been labelled a homewrecker, a slut who's worked her way through so many men that she's turned lesbian to take on the women now that she's bored, a frigid bitch with no personality whatsoever, and an insecure little girl who is afraid to have women even look at my man because he'll leave me in an instant. The last one is the best, because it was started by the roomate after J suggested she move out when she told him it was "it was time for him to choose, [her] or [kelsey]"...

People are awesome :) Creativity is infinite.

Goddamn those are some pretty ladies you got in that video. Can we just have them in the videos from now on? J/K. Sort of.

I can't recall ever calling you, Dylan, a nickname.
